JOSEF WEGHAUPT aka owner of Joseph Brot is a local superstar. He is a baker whose creations have been glorified. Hungry Viennese, tourists and random passers by are lining up in front of his bakeries. He has created hype around sourdough and let me be so brave as to say that it is only the beginning. We love his bread, especially with butter and salt, paired with wine. We felt like asking him to share some of his favorite wines worth storing:
