Currently we ship only within EU and will be available for the rest of the world in 2021. Still if you have a special request contact us via contact@mywinedesign.com, we will be happy to help you and ship worldwide already now.

If you are interested in buying more than 3 wine racks, then you might be interested in special shipping costs calculated for the exact amount and size of wine furniture.

SALES CONDITIONS

These terms apply to users of https://mywinedesign.com They will be valid for all your future transactions with My Wine Design GmbH. These conditions apply to sales of products by https://mywinedesign.com to private individuals. This website is directed exclusively to private individuals. For wholesale information, please contact our sales department via contact@mywinedesign.com.

My Wine Design GmbH maintains full ownership of the product until full payment has been obtained. 

It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the type or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.

All packages are sent with the carrier you have chosen when buying the product from our warehouse in Langenlois, Austria. Your order will be sent within one working week after it has been placed unless notified by My Wine Design GmbH.

My Wine Design GmbH does not guarantee that all the items available at the https://mywinedesign.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order, we will contact you by phone or by email. My Wine Design GmbH cannot warrant that the content of https://mywinedesign.com is at all time free of inaccuracies. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. My Wine Design GmbH may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range and stock. 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase as we want all our customers to receive high quality products. However, if there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service via support@mywinedesign.com.

We recommend to inspect the packaging and check the delivered products upon the time the product is delivered and delivery note is signed. If any damage made to the original packaging is visible, please inform the delivery service, document the damage and make a photo proof. Contact our customer service support@mywinedesign.com.

When you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period after the item is returned.

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, and cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and returns form found in the packaging and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. Please ensure the item is unused, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales and returns sent to you in the package.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.

WARRANTY

You have a 24 months warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

To return a faulty product or product that does not match your ordered product, you have to contact our customer service support@mywinedesign.com and we will organize the package pickup service at your desired destination.

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.

Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and if the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are processed in the warehouse, excluding the initial shipping cost.

CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTIES

If your delivery country charges, customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office.
